Industrial Clutch Parts Ltd. supply a diverse range of Deserti Torque Limiters (safety couplings). The 'backlash free' series are safety devices which protect mechanical transmissions and relevant assemblies that are subjected to repeated overloading.
Features:
- Repeatability of torque value- this value does not change after being set, as it is linked strictly to springs, balls or rollers.
- High precision adjustment.
- Motion can be stopped electrically.
- High speed "detatchment": only a few angled degrees of overloading are sufficient to cause the rotation that produces an electrical stop.

Backlash Free Torque Limiters are safety devices which protect mechanical components that are subject to repeated and different kinds of overload , the disengagement is instantaneous once the torque is reached, the calibration is adjusted by changing the pressure of the springs. The oversize ball bearing allows to obtain a greater stability on the driving body.
